  • Can I bring my child?
    Yes. But preschoolers are not allowed in T.um due to the safety issue. If you are accompanying elementary/middle school student, then 1 adult caregiver should supervise his/her child. We appreciate your cooperation.
  • T.um will be temporarily closed
    SK Telecom Technology Museum, T.um will be temporarily closed

    from August 1, 2011 to September 30, 2011.


    T.um will be upgrading the current facility and technology.

    We look forward to seeing you at T.um 2.0+ in the mid of October, 2011.

  • Is it necessary to input personal information?
    It is not mandatory.

    However, to fully enjoy the customized experience of T.um, and also to access the contents, it is strongly recommended that each visitor provide their personal information.

    If a visitor chooses not to provide their information, they will not be able to use the T-key portable terminal to assist and guide them during their experience.

    Each visitor’s email address will be used as their personal ID when they log into the T.um website after their visit.

    Visitors will receive a unique password delivered to their email address they have provided.
  • How can I view the video files from ''My T.um''?
    To watch your videos using Windows Media Player, you need to install the proper Codec, available from http://simfile.empas.com.

    Simple instructions on the website will guide you through the installation process.

    You can also watch the videos using other application, such as Gom Player, that support the playback of ''avi'' files.
  • What if I have forgotten my email address or password?
    You can contact us by email at t-um@sktelecom.com, and we will send you the email address that you used to make your reservation.

    If you have only forgotten your password, you can go to the My T.um menu and click on ‘Find Password’, and then enter your name and email address.
    A temporary password will be emailed to you.

    You can change your password by clicking on the ‘Change Password’ after logging on to My T.um using your temporary password.
  • Is there a minimum age restriction for visitors?
    T.um’s services are only available to visitors of middle school age or over.

    Children of primary school age and below must be accompanied by a guardian.
  • What does it cost to visit T.um?
    There is no charge to visit T.um.

    Anyone, including the general public, government officials, business people, students and members of the press are invited to reserve their place online and visit T.um anytime.
  • How can I change or cancel my reservation?
    This can be done by email or phone using the contact information below.

    After making the requested changes or cancellation, we will contact you directly to confirm the changes.
  • How can I make a reservation to visit T.um?
    You can make your reservation online, at least 1 day in advance of your visit. Please click on the ‘Reservation’ link on the T.um homepage, and then enter the requested information, including name, email address and password. You will use this information to access the website in the future, after you have visited T.um.

    After entering your own personal information, you will be requested to input the information of each of the persons who will be accompanying you.
    This information is needed in order for us to fully present a completely customized visitors’ experience.
    The information of your companions can be input later, up until the date of your visit to T.um, and they may input their own information directly if they wish.
